RMN Manager, Care Home



RMN management positions require candidates for large purpose-built care home in Wrexham.

Service users are elderly, EMI.

Care home belongs to a dynamic award-winning group of care homes with opportunities for career advancement.



RMN Deputy Manager



responsible to the home manager - supporting the home manager in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the care home.

responsible for the care home in the absence of the home manager.

Candidates must be qualified as RMN.

Candidates should have experience of care home management/supervision, care of the elderly and EMI.

Basic working week is 40 hours, to be worked as rostered over 7 days.

Annual salary is £26,000.

RMN Night Manager.



responsible for managing the night team, and for undertaking appraisals, training, care plans,staff rosters, liaising with visitors/families.

Reporting to the manager and deputy home manager.

Candidates must be qualified as RMN and should have care home or hospital supervisory, care of the elderly and EMI experience.

Basic working week is 40 hours to be worked as rostered within 7 days.

Annual salary is £24,5000.
